Akretiv selectively originates, co-develops and manages animal-health programs where our industry experience, regulatory capabilities and partner network can create a differentiated development opportunity.
These programs are structured and evaluated individually. Where appropriate, a dedicated project entity or SPV can separate project financing, development milestones, risk and potential transaction economics from Akretiv's broader corporate activities.
Our SPV work also provides practical experience that informs the broader AnimalHealth.vc ecosystem.
