We combine the partner's scientific and technical capabilities with our animal-health development, regulatory and commercial expertise. Together, we define appropriate veterinary rights, responsibilities, target applications and the evidence required to reach meaningful development milestones.

Depending on the program, Akretiv may lead regulatory engagement, development planning, specialist-provider coordination, proof-of-concept work and commercial assessment. When additional capital is justified, a dedicated SPV may provide a focused structure for project financing.

The objective is to create a better-characterized and more valuable veterinary opportunity with credible pathways to licensing, distribution, co-development or acquisition without requiring the partner to build an internal animal-health organization.

In practice, Akretiv operates as the “outsourced veterinary division” for these partnerships.
